Monitoring

Most of the issues affecting Pyth Pro Historical Data and Hermes endpoints have ended now.

For the duration of the incident two of our four API service instances were down. This means that some streaming hermes connections were dropped and attempts to retrieve historical or live data from these two instances failed.
